SHIPPING
- Shipping is free for orders over $299.
- We ONLY use the signature option for your order – this means it does not just get left at your home / business. Rapallo cannot be held accountable for any lost products if you don’t choose delivery with signature.
- Our shipments are processed only by couriers, door to door during business days (no Saturday delivery) and include processing, packaging and handling fees.
- We do not use post and cannot send to PO boxes.
- After payment is received we ship the same day if the stock is available at Rapallo / supplier.
- We courier products in courier packs or boxes and these usually require signing for, this is for the security of your order.
- South Island usually takes two working days on packages.
- Rural deliveries may take up to two to three days and have a small surcharge.
- A work delivery address is preferred unless someone is home.
- We will always try and combine more than one item into the same package to save cost where possible, but sometimes it’s less expensive to send products in two parcels depending on size or weight.
- Rapallo contracts NZ Post and for larger items Fliway or Mainfreight
- To get a quote add your products to the shopping cart and enter your address
- Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
PICKUP
- We provide an option for you to collect a product: If you want to use this option, please select it when ordering in the CART.
- Collection timeframe: The item will be available for pickup usually within 2-3 working days, but don’t just turn up to get it, please wait and we will be in touch when it is ready for pickup.
- Select the shop where you order will be delivered: We only have one outlet in East Tamaki, so this will be where you will pickup your product.
- Collection fee: It is free to collect products from us.
- Collection confirmation: A notification will be sent when the order is ready to be collected, you will be called, emailed or we will update the status on your account.
