Our client, an Auckland based Advertising Agency had moved into their new premises and had cobbled together some video conferencing in their boardroom. They contacted us as it wasn’t working correctly and they wanted to update the platform to be more user friendly, and to provide an improved sound.

We came onsite to scope the work and went thru the clients needs. From there the Rapallo team created a platform that would work with the present screen, the NUC and projector.

Project Components – Conference Room Video Conferencing

  • aVER 550pro camera
  • aVer Microphone & PoE additional microphone for the rear of the room
  • ELAC Debut ConneX DCB41 Powered Speakers connect to the existing NUC for improved sound
  • Screen / Projector / NUC (existing gear)
  • Cabling
  • Electrical

The Conference Room Video Conferencing project consisted of the following Rapallo AV Design & Build services:

  • Post Installation Support

The new platform works perfectly with the Google Meet platform and improve the user experience on both sides of the video conference.
