Business Training Space Fitout

Our client approached us as they had a new office being fitted out and it needed some AV for the training rooms and spaces.

We came onsite before the project kicked-off and did a pre-build walk thru of the requirements with them and discussed options. Our team then scoped the project and provided an itemized estimate for them, plus also ran through the options. One of the main requirements was to ensure the products and the installation fitted into the environment, were flexible and easy to use.

Once approved, we commenced the installation work over 3 days. Starting with the installation of two TV’s in two training rooms, plus the addition of a generic Video Conferencing platform in the main boardroom.

Our team then moved to the main training area to begin a day of pre-wiring the setup. We then installed the speakers for the sound (for the projected content) and the speakers for the microphone platform.

Next on the list was hanging the dual projectors and twin 120″ motorised screens, and finally the rack. All the cabling is contained in metal cable conduits to fit with the style of the space, this is an important aspect we work hard to achieve on most projects.

On completion of the building work, we did the final fit-off and tested the platform, then trained the team on how to use it. It looks fantastic and works a treat.

Video Conferencing Lift & Cabinet

Our client has a large video conferencing trolley that took up a large space in their boardroom. They contact us as they wanted to remove the trolley and improve their video conferencing setup by adding a Video Conferencing Lift & Cabinet.

We measured and spec’d a large cabinet to run across the western wall of their room that contained all their gear, plus some additional cabinetry on the sides to store items from the boardroom.

Our cabinet-makers meet the client to discuss design and colours, to ensure it fitted with the style of the boardroom. The lift and TV were setup off-site at Rapallo to ensure we have the exact height and measurements requires for the cabinet build. Then once the cabinet was built, we did a test install at Rapallo before going onsite and setting up the gear.

It came out looking great and solving all the issues the previous system / setup had. Another great outcome for our clients.
