New Sound At The Forge
Rapallo were contacted by Forge Fitness to update the sound in the main gym.
We did a site visit (as we do for all our projects) to ascertain the requirements and the space requirements. Our team spec’d four Definitive Technology AW-6500 speakers mounted high on the walls to give a punchy sound . We also installed a SVS subwoofer to provide a good bass punch with all the sound controlled via a Yamaha R-N803 amplifier.
The new sound was sensational and provided more flexibility when using the second zone in the mezzazine floor. So now the gym members have some cracking sound when working out 24/7.
We also re-used the old gear (always good to recycle gear and not just throw it away) in their new boxing gym and helped to set it up so they could use it.

PROJECT:
The Hidden Movie Sanctuary
Building the perfect hidden cinema out in the rural farmlands.
Our client contacted us early 2019 to ask us to help them with their project. They were building a large shed on their rural property and they wanted to create the perfect movie sanctuary inside it.
Based on the room dimensions and budget, we provided the client with a specific AV plan for the dimensions of the space and their budge. As the build progressed, we also went onsite or provided phone assistance when issues or questions popped up. With a stepped up viewing area and two large home cinema couches, a bar fridge, mood lighting and a myriad of bean bags, this is an amazing space that looks from the outside to be the farm implements shed.

PROJECT:
Adaptable Home Theatre
A simple implementation using speakers for the TV and adjustable sound to allow for a bar area in the lounge. The projected used 3 x Klipsch PRO-25RW LCR In-Wall Speakers (LCR), a Yamaha AV Receiver, 4 x Klipsch PRO-18RC In-Ceiling Speaker for the rear sound and a nice white SVS subwoofer to provide the deep base support.
A simple system that works with the new large screen TV and integrates nicely into the upgraded lounge and bar space.
