It all starts here. We work with you to create a plan and understand your requirements for the space or spaces.

A comprehensive estimate and plan is created. Our team will then work thru it with you so you understand what we are delivering, to ensure the spec meets the requirements.

This is the most crucial step in the project, so if required we may have 3-4 versions until you get to the point that it works based on the spec and your budget.

Then the hard work commences, the installation.

Big or Small Screens

One of the main tools in these spaces is the visual element.

Visual tools are important. We have a range of screens in-house that start at 100″ and run to 250″, and in some cases 300″.

Need bigger, then we can use other suppliers to build a large format screen. A recent project the screen supplied was 15m wide, and 4m tall.

Perhaps you need a Commercial TV screen, then we have the covered too.

The range of options is large so we will consult with you on the best style / range or product.

Speaker Styles

We have one of the largest ranges of speakers styles to work with your space.

Most spaces if using the TV use the TV sound, or in some cases we will add a soundbar (or wireless speakers)or if you want a strong audio platform, an AV Receiver plus a speaker array.

This is all worked on at the start of the project, so you understand the platform and how it will work.

Budget considerations also dictate the style of sound.

All the equipment you need

We work with suppliers that have a strong supply and support network, as we understand these are business critical devices. Downtime costs money.

Based on the room and the style of conferencing, it could be a simple soundbar styled conferencing platform. Or it could be a more flexible system that uses a NUC and an integrated audio camera syste,m.

Some are so smart they can detect new people in the room and adjust the zoom too accommodate the new faces.

PTZ Camera

We’ve selected our UC&C components to work with as broad a range of devices and formats as possible. Whether your system is Mac or PC based or even a mixture of both, our components simply work.

They are also compatible with all the most popular conferencing systems, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Add a NUC and its self-managing with no need to swap out a laptop with each meeting.

Efficient networking (fast outside connection via Fibre) is also a priority which we can assist with .

Acoustic treatments – remove the echo

Acoustic treatments are important to “tune” the room and remove sound-bounce, boomy bass or reverb.

Acoustic treatments make all the difference between a room sounding ‘good’ and it sounding ‘amazing’. Using absorptive and diffusive materials and specialised bass products, acoustic treatments reduce undesirable resonances, such as overly boomy bass, and minimise reverberation.

Our team can work with you and the room to design a basic or integrated acoustic treatment plan.
