If you choose to use our invitation service to invite a friend to the Service, we will ask you for that person’s email address and automatically send an email invitation. We store this information to send this email, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our invitation service. Your friend may contact us to request that we remove this information from our database at email@example.com
We may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

How do you get my consent? SECTION 4: MAGENTO
Our store is hosted on Magento on the Amazon cloud. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Magento’s data storage, databases and the general Magento application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Magento does not store your credit card data. Your payments go via eWay, which does not store any of your information.
SECTION 5: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
From time to time, we may run contests, special offers, or other events or activities (“Events”) on the Service together with a third party partner. If you provide information to such third parties, you acknowledge they may use it for the purpose of that Event and any other use that you approve. We cannot control third parties’ use of your information. If you do not want your information to be collected by or shared with a third party, you can choose not to participate in these Events.

DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE OF THE EEA
If you are resident in the European Union, please note that as we are located in New Zealand, when you provide us with your Personal Information we will process it in countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), which may not provide the same level of data protection as in your jurisdiction. This is necessary in order to perform our services. Regardless of where your Personal Information is located, we will adopt measures to protect your Personal Information as set out below.
You will receive promotional emails from us if you have asked to receive them. If you do not want to receive email from taylor or its affiliates you can click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email communication sent by us.
