It all starts here. We work with you to create a plan and understand your requirements for the space, what you are using it for and what technology you require.

A comprehensive estimate and plan is created. Our team will then work thru it with you so you understand what we are delivering, to ensure the spec meets the requirements.

This is the most crucial step in the project, so if required we may have 3-4 versions until you get to the point that it works based on the spec and your budget.

Then the hard work commences, the installation.

Big or Small Screens

One of the main tools in these spaces is the visual element. Be it large LED screens or one / two / three screens

Visual tools are important. We have a range of screens in-house that start at 100″ and run to 250″, and in some cases 300″.

Need bigger, then we can use other suppliers to build a large format screen. A recent project the screen supplied was 15m wide, and 4m tall.

Perhaps you need a Commercial TV screen, then we have the covered too.

The range of options is large so we will consult with you on the best style / range or product.

Speaker Styles

We have one of the largest ranges of speakers styles to work with your space.

From in-wall, to on-wall and behind the screen, we can design a project speakers that no only fit your budget, but that really stands out for not being seen.

Subwoofers can be hidden, in the room or in-wall, making the room flexible but also bringing bass you want.

Large scale commercial speakers are also easily implemented including amplifiers and other peripherals. All based on a 100 or 70V platform.

We have many options that are well suited to Business & Training spaces.

All the equipment you need

We can supply the best names in projectors – including Epson, JVC, Optoma and Sony. Our wide range includes native 4K and even 8K e-Shift projectors for stunning imagery.

Our team have access to the widest range of speakers and AV electronics. If it’s a top brand in AV then we’re more than likely to have it.

Microphones, mixers and multiple content matrix’s so you can send the video from multiple sources to screens in various locations or the show all the same.

We worry about the technology, you just tells us what you need to do or want to deliver.

Meetings & Training Updates

Microphones and Presentations

Each space is very different and no one spec will work across all projects.

You might need a multiple microphone platform to allow for multiple speakers at once. A recent project they have the ability to have 6 microphones running at any one time while content was being played on video.

Perhaps you also need to have visual content and someone talking, add in a audio mixer and you can have up to 8 different inputs pre-configured running at once.

Acoustic treatments – remove the echo

Acoustic treatments are important to “tune” the room and remove sound-bounce, boomy bass or reverb.

Acoustic treatments make all the difference between a cinema room sounding ‘good’ and it sounding ‘amazing’. Using absorptive and diffusive materials and specialised bass products, acoustic treatments reduce undesirable resonances, such as overly boomy bass, and minimise reverberation.

The Acoustic panels will drop the echo in school halls and churches, allowing for better experiences and sound.

Our team can work with you and the room to design a basic or integrated acoustic treatment plan.

Sound & Image Calibration

Its great to design a room or space, but you then need to ensure you calibrate the sound and the images for the space.

Our team are experts in time-alignment calibration which will take the sound to a new level.

Add in the specialist projector calibration and you have a stunning integration.

Over the years we have built a list of trusted suppliers.

So not only can our team project manage your cool job, but we can also build bespoke cabinets, wall panels, cocktail cabinets that fit with your design.

We have builders, electricians, cabinet-makers, interior designers, painters, plasterers all on hand when we need them for your project.

Post-Install Support

One of the key aspects to our projects is our focus on post-implementation support.

We support our installations for the lifetime of the products, and should a problem occur we are only a text or phone call away.

Can’t fix it over the phone, then we will agree on a time to be onsite to diagnose / fix / or place a “band-aid” in place until a product is fixed.

We don’t just install and walk away, good or bad, we love hearing from our customers. Support is 100% built into all our projects.
