Imagine a place where you can come and listen to the speakers and turntables, view projectors and screens you are dreaming of. That’s exactly what The Rapallo Experience Rooms are for.
Not in a look-but-don’t-touch retail store environment, but some real experience rooms for headphones, soundbars, HiFi components, speakers of all sizes and types as well as home theatre projectors. We have 7 experience rooms that focus on all parts of the HiFi, Home Theatre or Head-Fi market products. The best bit is you can book these rooms for your own product demo and they are all setup correctly, so you get a true HiFi or AV experience.
We have 230sqm of space just for you. No pushy sales people, just a friendly team who are very passionate about what they do.

EXPERIENCE ROOM ONE
THE VIEW ROOM
The RAPALLO EXPERIENCE ROOMS are situated upstairs, this experience room has a range of HiFi gear to dream about. The room allows guests to listen to their choice of speakers or other HiFi gear. All whilst looking at south towards the Auckland Airport. Relaxing yes.
The room features products from all the main well known brands. Some that are not so well known but are hand-picked by Rapallo for their quality and sound. You can also bring some speakers if you want. This will help you to demo an amplifier, or an amplifier if you want to demo some speakers. Just make sure you book a time with us. EXPERIENCE ROOM TWO
THE GREY ROOM
Situated upstairs also, this room has a similar range of gear as THE VIEW room does.
With no windows it is a great room to shut yourself away. You can then really concentrate on what makes your toes tap. This is the hidden room. We also have a range of acoustic panels to showcase how they can be used to tune a room.

EXPERIENCE ROOM THREE
OUTDOOR SPEAKER ROOM
This experience room is situated upstairs, we have an array of in-ceiling, in-wall and on-wall outdoor speakers you can listen and experience. Queue up your favourite tracks. Now get a good idea what the multi-room speakers, or your new outdoors sounds will really sound like. This is the multi-room area.

EXPERIENCE ROOM FOUR
THE RAPALLO CINEMA
Situated upstairs, we have a fully functioning 7.4.2 home theatre room. It features a 115″ on-wall acoustic screen with a range and style of home theatre based speakers. The cinema room is setup for atmos demo’s (it will blow you mind). Our team can also show you a range of projectors or subwoofers for your budget.
We have a range of projectors, in-wall and free-standing speakers to experience. Along with a massive range of subwoofers and amplifier options. Discuss acoustic treatment and home automation while in the comfort of the Cogworks recliners. Oh and watch a movie too.

EXPERIENCE ROOM FIVE
THE HEAD-FI ZONE
Moving downstairs to this experience room, we have two areas dedicated to the Head-Fi range of products. Headphones and DAPS (or walkmans for the older ones) and a range of other Head-Fi based products. We have two areas where you can key up some tunes and see what works from either a portable or desktop perspective. Moving sounds.

EXPERIENCE ROOM SIX
RECORDS & SHELVES
Moving out back downstairs to Experience Room Five. Here we have an area dedicated to a range of lower budget amplifiers, floorstanders, bookshelf speakers and turntables. Reminisce listening to a special record or swap out the bookshelves to see what works, this is a great space. Spin me a tune DJ.

EXPERIENCE ROOM SEVEN
BOOSTED TV SOUND
Opposite the turntable area, we have a space where you can try some soundbars, satellite systems or some active speakers. A range of easy to install “sound enhancement” products for your TV at home. Make sure you try The Fives or The Nines.
