PROJECT:
Boardroom Presentation & Conferencing Solution
Estimated reading time: 5 minutes
Rapallo recently completed a Boardroom Presentation & Conferencing Solution for a business client in Auckland who wanted a more professional and easier-to-use meeting room setup.
The goal was to upgrade the boardroom with a larger display, better video conferencing performance, tidy table connectivity and a more practical day-to-day user experience. We have limited space and in the end a limited style.
To achieve this, we installed a large Newline 65-inch display and paired it with an AVer video conferencing bar. This gave the client a complete boardroom solution for presentations, screen sharing, online meetings and team collaboration.
A Smarter Boardroom Setup
The existing boardroom needed a better way to handle both in-room presentations and video meetings.
The Newline 65-inch screen provides a large, clear display for presentations, shared content and meeting room collaboration. It makes the room feel more professional and helps everyone around the table see content more clearly.
The AVer video conferencing bar improves the online meeting experience with better camera, microphone and speaker performance. As a result, people joining remotely can see and hear the room more clearly, while the team in the boardroom gets a more natural conferencing experience.
Together, they create a practical Boardroom Presentation & Conferencing Solution that is easy for staff to use.
Clean Table Connectivity
As part of the upgrade, we installed a power board directly into the boardroom table.
This gives users easy access to power via traditional plugs, USB A or USB C during meetings without loose extension leads or messy cables across the room.
We also concealed the USB and HDMI cables into the table area. This keeps the setup tidy while still giving staff a simple way to connect a laptop when needed.
The result is a cleaner boardroom with easier access to the connections people actually use.
Flexible Mounting Solution
During the project, we found that the width of the wall nogs was not suitable for a fixed wall-mounted installation.
Rather than compromise the final result, we used a mobile TV trolley to securely mount the Newline screen and AVer video conferencing bar.
This gave the client a tidy, stable and flexible solution without unnecessary wall modifications. It also means the display can be repositioned if the room layout changes in the future.
Designed for Everyday Business Use
The final result is a boardroom that is easier to use, has better conferencing and is more effective for everyday meetings.
The client now has a large-format display for presentations, a better video conferencing setup, simple table-based power, and discreet USB and HDMI connectivity.
It is a good example of how the right Boardroom Presentation & Conferencing Solution can make meetings smoother without making the technology complicated.
