We have had problems with our HDMI signal from our receiver to TV over a 15m length. This included drop outs, flickering etc, even with a booster on the line and reducing the signal quality. I read an online article with a similar problem and decided to try one of Rapallo's HDMI 24AWG cables. This not only stopped the flickering and drop outs, but I don't need the booster and have everything set to the highest quality. One very happy customer thankyou. Now I just have to figure out how to get the cable through the walls!

Just a quick note, saying thanks for the fast shipping of the OPPO player. It has breathed new life to my DVDS with its upscaling capabilities... And the setup sheet for NZ was a nice touch... (even if I misread a step ...my own fault!!!) on changing Blu Ray zones..

I purchased some high-end audiophile speaker cables off you last week. I thought I would offer you some feedback relating to my purchase experience.
Ordering:
Ordering off your website was an absolute breeze. The prompts your system provided me with regarding the confirmation of order and where to go to pay for the product, down to the tracking service with the courier was very fast and efficient.
The Product:
The cables look fast just standing still! Great presentation boxed up, they drew envy from my work colleagues. I am not an expert on home theatre so I am not qualified to give an objective opinion on their performance, subjectively however, I have to say that the sound reproduction of the entire home theatre system is staggering. Very tight and chrystal clear vocals with massively rich base. An absolute listening pleasure.

- very quick delivery time (ordered my BDP93 on Monday afternoon, got the machine delivered on Wednesday at midday, less that 48 hours!)

The product
- Unpacking the Oppo BDP-93 reminded me of Christmas: from the unexpected thoughtfullness of the packaging to the beautifully made machine that feels solid, and has that classy high-end look about it!
- the performance of the Oppo BDP-93 has exceeded all my expectations: as an upscaler, it has injected new life into old dvds that I thought I would never watch again, the new level of detail and quality of the upscaled image is a sight to behold! I am glad I did not give away my old dvds (a not inconsiderable dvd collection built over 10 years at least)! As a blu-ray player, the Oppo BDP-93 comes fully laden with features and adjustment settings that will allow the fussiest of users to extract the best performance from the machine; out of the box, it has already proven superior to my existing machine: super quick load time, flawless play and so easy to set-up (the quality manual has extensive explanations on various options for setting-up the BDP-93, along with very easy to understand definitions of the home-theater technical jargon). The remote is to die for: a beautifully crafted piece of equipment with a clear lay-out with buttons that "click" with a positive feel and back-lit for legibility in the dark.

Praiseworthy indeed is this online store. Very quick replies to queries be they by e-mail or phone. Delivery to my rural address was prompt taking but 2 days. The 2 OPPO BDP 93's ( NZ Edition) that I ordered arrived very well packaged. The players are superb. Very easy and quick to configure with excellent audio and video to my Samsung LED TV's / soundsystems. I have nothing but praise for both the product and RapalloAV Thank you so much.
