Supreme high end quality for those who demand the best
The Majestic Screen is the only screen you are ever likely to buy. The best choice in dedicated fixed frame screens bar none.
Evolution3D now comes standard on all Majestic Screens.
Blacker than black, all the way from New York is JB Martin’s Black Fidelio Velvet, for the most amazing light absorbing performance you will ever witness. This is the blackest material available in the World!
A newly refined Evolution3D screen fabric - The 3rd generation of Evolution3D is now available. All Majestic Screens now come standard with Evolution3D vinyl. Evo3D is a 1.26 gain twin layered exotic projection foil. Evolution3D is the smoothest projection vinyl around and it's black backing prevents light penetrating through the screen. The idea of the 'dissapearing screen' can now be achieved with Evo3D and Fidelio velvet on the frame. Evo3D allows for precise 'pixel placement' on screen along with pristine colour fidelity allowing the projectors full performance to be utilised. Suitable for both 2K and 4K Projectors.
Why use a fixed frame screen ?
With more and more homes today being built with dedicated home theatre rooms, a fixed frame screen is the perfect choice. Not only do fixed frame screens provide a perfectly flat viewing surface, the Majestic frame adds a professional and elegant look to any home theatre room or dedicated wall space.
There is just no need for manual or motorised screens if you have a dedicated wall space. A good example of a dedicated wall space is your local cinema or your
own cinema room. The only time a motorised or manual screen should be considered is when there is no room or wall space for a fixed screen.
Points to consider when choosing between motorised and fixed are:
- Black Fidelio Velvet borders are only available with a Majestic fixed screen, therefore the image appears crisper, sharper and overscan is all but removed using Fidelio Velvet.
- Perfectly flat, unlike motorised screens which ripple and curl, distracting and ruining your movie experience.
- Much larger choice in exotic pvc projection fabrics, visually out-performing motorised and pull down screens
- Unconditional Life Time Warranty, compared to the usual 12 months and less on motor screens.
- Mechanically stable, no moving parts, no need to rely on remotes and motors which break down over time.
- Superb Australian made product using high end imported projection fabrics from Europe and Fidelio Velvet from the USA.
- Flawless video performance. Projected light is reflected back to the viewer exactly how the Projector manufacturer intended.
- Aesthetically pleasing. The Majestic is a superbly built product with an elegantly designed alloy frame covered in the blackest velvet known to man!

Seating Distances:
With 1080 projectors, you can sit as close as 2.5x the image height but should not sit further back than 4x.
Screen Height of 1330mm x 2.50 = 3325mm [closest seating distance]
Screen Height of 1330mm x 3.00 = 3990mm [SMPTE Preferred]
Screen Height of 1330mm x 4.00 = 5320mm
Note that in the 6000mm deep room, this means that you are off the back wall, so allowing for Back Surround
speakers to be placed behind the seating location[s]. This also allows 2 rows of seats to be placed in the room.
We have been using 2.5 to 3.5 times image height. Remember above, the screen sizes were 92 to 130.
Using the 2.5 to 3.5 times image height gives you 3.32 metres to 4.65 metres. Let's put this the other way around.
Seating position of 3.32 metres divided by 2.5 gives you a 1330 high image.
Seating position 2 of 4.65 divided by 3.5 gives you a 1330 high image.
